Students at Career Day

Nearly 800 eighth graders from across the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District recently got a taste of the future at the annual Career Day held at Mesa View Middle School. Organized by the Rotary Club of Yucaipa, this event is a fantastic opportunity for our students to discover the diverse range of career paths available to them and learn about the unique and relevant courses available at Yucaipa High School and Crafton Hills College.

From law enforcement to the fire service, healthcare to entrepreneurship, students had the chance to interact with professionals from various fields. Seeing the excitement on their faces was inspiring as they learned about the exciting possibilities that await them after high school.

This amazing annual event would not be possible without the Rotary Club, the district's teachers, counselors, and all the dedicated local professionals who made this enriching experience possible for our students. Career Day is a valuable program that empowers our youth to make informed decisions about their future and pursue their passions.
