This page of our school district's website is dedicated to providing you with support, resources, and opportunities to help you succeed academically and emotionally. As a foster student, we understand you face unique challenges and transitions. We aim to be there for you every step of the way.
Here, you will find information on the various services available to you, You’ll learn about dedicated foster care liaisons, school counselors, teachers and other support staff who are here for you. We’ll keep you updated on relevant events, workshops, and activities. Our district firmly believes in the infinite potential within each and every one of our students. We will strive to nurture a culture of understanding and empowerment around the foster youth community. You matter deeply to us and we want to see you thrive while pursuing your dreams.

If you have foster students in need of additional assistance and resources, please reach out to Dr. Tyson Lingenfelter, our Director of Child Welfare and Attendance, and Melissa Moreno, our Bilingual Liaison.
Dr. Lingenfelter and Ms. Moreno are dedicated to supporting the basic needs of students in foster care. They can connect your foster students to a variety of resources to help them succeed in school.
By working together, we can create a compassionate, understanding environment for our foster youth. Please contact Dr. Lingenfelter and Ms. Moreno to discuss the needs of your foster students and to tap into available resources. Through collaboration, we can have a profound impact on the well-being and academic achievement of students in foster care.
