The Great Kindness Challenge is a national initiative that encourages students, staff, and families to participate in acts of kindness. During this special week (January 27-31), our schools will focus on building a more compassionate and inclusive school environment.
What is the Great Kindness Challenge?
A week-long celebration of kindness
Includes a variety of activities, such as random acts of kindness, helping others, and spreading positivity.
Provides students with opportunities to develop empathy and compassion.
Fun, kindness-inspired spirit days will be shared on social media.
How can you participate?
Students:
Perform acts of kindness throughout the week.
Ideas include helping a classmate, writing encouraging notes, and volunteering in the community.
Staff:
Participate in kind acts with your students and colleagues.
Families: Encourage your children to practice kindness at home and in the community.
Everyone: Take pictures of students participating in spirit days or acts of kindness throughout the week and share them on Instagram using #ycjusdallin25 to score points for your school!
